Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Anfox. By accessing or using our website design, development, and digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part, you must not use our services.
1. Scope of Services
Anfox provides a wide range of digital solutions including but not limited to: website design & development, e‑commerce setup, mobile applications, UI/UX design, security, maintenance, email marketing, software installation, and content writing. All services are provided subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate, complete content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses for third-party assets (fonts, images, plugins) you provide.
- Timely feedback and approvals are essential; repeated delays may result in adjusted timelines.
3. Project Timeline & Delivery
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project. Anfox strives to meet all deadlines, but we are not liable for delays caused by client feedback, third-party services, or unforeseen technical obstacles. We will communicate proactively about any changes.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment: You own the final design and code files specifically created for you. Anfox retains the right to display the work in our portfolio (unless NDA applies). We do not claim ownership over third-party libraries (e.g., WordPress, Bootstrap) which remain under their respective licenses.
5. Payment Terms
- Starting at $200 for professional websites; final quote depends on scope.
- A 50% deposit is required to begin work; remaining 50% due before final delivery or launch.
- Payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may incur a 1.5% monthly late fee.
6. Third-Party Services & Hosting
Our packages include 1 year of free hosting + domain (on select plans). After the first year, renewal fees apply (hosting, domain, SSL) and are your responsibility. We may provide renewal invoices, but you are free to transfer services. Anfox is not liable for downtime caused by external hosting providers.
7. Limitation of Liability
Anfox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our websites or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Any business information shared during the project will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except as required to perform the services (e.g., to hosting providers).
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If the project is terminated before completion, you pay for work completed up to that point (hourly or proportional to milestone). Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy below.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Your City].
Refund Policy
At Anfox, we want you to be completely satisfied. Because our services are digital and custom-made, we maintain a fair and transparent refund framework. Below are the details by service type.
General principle: If you are unhappy with initial design concepts and we cannot resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding deposit fees for work already done).
🔹 Website Design & Development (including packages)

🔹 E-Commerce & Advanced Projects

🔹 Support, Maintenance & retainers
- Monthly maintenance: You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle; unused portion (full months) is refunded. Partial month fees are non-refundable.
- One-time fixes / small tasks: 100% refund if we fail to deliver within agreed timeframe (max 7 days).
🔹 Domain & Hosting (included free first year)
Domains purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once registered (ICANN policy). Hosting setup fees are also non-refundable after activation. If you cancel within 14 days of hosting purchase, we may refund hosting fees excluding domain/ssl costs.
🔹 Content Writing, Software Installation, UI/UX Design
- Content writing: 50% refund if first draft is rejected and no further work is done; after revisions, no refund.
- UI/UX design (standalone): Full refund if wireframes not yet delivered; 50% after wireframes; no refund after high-fidelity mockups are approved.
- Software installation: 100% refund if we cannot complete the installation within 5 business days (except when third-party restrictions apply).
🔹 How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your project details and reason for request. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
🔹 Exceptions & satisfaction guarantee
If you are unhappy with the final website, we offer two rounds of revisions at no cost (within scope). If the issue remains unresolved, we may offer a partial refund (up to 30% of project value) depending on the severity. This does not apply if the scope changed significantly.
